We have two above the fence, two that didn’t really do anything, and the rest that are fine. Two have now finished flowering. The smaller ones in the front garden are starting to flower and their different appearance (ie not just plain yellow) will make an interesting display once they are all out.

We spent the morning harvesting the black currents off our one and only bush. Mind you, there were a lot to pick (about two big bowl fulls) and so many really large and juicy looking ones. I have frozen these, but I may well defrost some at the weeknd as we might very well make blackcurrant ripple ice cream - yum.

They are still climbing, flowering, and I noticed a couple of small runny beans hanging off the other night..
